ANSYS

TUKE has acquired licenses for ANSYS software, which supports advanced simulation technologies in areas such as mechanics, electromagnetism, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and acoustics. These licenses are strictly for educational and research purposes within the university and cannot be used for commercial activities or installed on students’ devices.

Licenses are network-based and require the client computer to be connected to the university’s network and license server. Each time ANSYS is launched, the license server authenticates the client, meaning that computers must be connected to the TUNET network either directly or remotely via the TUKE VPN service.

After submitting the form, your license request will be forwarded to the Helpdesk. You will then receive an email from the system administrator containing a link to download the installation DVD image (.iso format) and the necessary license details.
