Helpdesk and System Support

The helpdesk serves as a central point for logging and processing operational requests from users of all ICT systems at TUKE.

You can submit your request in two ways:

  • By sending an email describing your request to the appropriate Helpdesk queue.
  • By submitting your request directly at helpdesk.tuke.sk (after logging in with your TUKE credentials).

If you're unsure which queue to use, you can send your request to the general queue of ICT Dispatching. Dispatching staff will assess it and route it to the correct thematic queue.

Important: The maximum attachments size is 5 MB. If you need to send larger files, please use file-sharing services such as Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox and include only a download link in your request. Thank you for your understanding!

Helpdesk Topics

Clicking on a topic label will open your email client with the appropriate Helpdesk address prefilled. Please describe your issue in the body of the email and send it. You'll receive an automatic confirmation that your request has been logged — and our team will handle the rest.

Antivirus Software at TUKERequests and information regarding antivirus software for TUKE.
Attendance SystemRequests related to the attendance system.
Email and Mailing ListsRequests and information related to email and mailing lists (discussion clubs) at TUKE for staff and students (email domains @tuke.sk and @student.tuke.sk).
FirewallRequests and information related to firewall settings at TUKE (main CheckPoint FW, FW for WiFi). The main CheckPoint firewall is configured to allow access from the Internet to TUKE’s official public resources. VPN access is used for remote access to TUNET by staff and internal PhD students.
Information SystemsRequests to the Department of Information System Development, Operation, and Integration.
IP AddressesRequests and information regarding the registration of end devices in the PS TUNET (new devices, changes to registered data, deregistration).
IP TelephonyRequests and information regarding the development and operation of IP telephony at TUKE (non-functional IP phone, poor connection quality, phone number assignment, etc.).
IS CognosRequests regarding the Cognos Information System.
ID Cards SystemRequests regarding the ID card system.
Key ManagementRequests related to the key management system.
MAISRequests concerning the MAIS information system.
Microsoft 365Requests related to the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Moodle at TUKERequests related only to the central Moodle LMS. For faculty-managed systems, please contact the respective administrators.
Nvidia DGXRequests concerning the Nvidia DGX computational architecture.
SALTORequests for access permissions through gates/doors.
SAPRequests related to the SAP system.
Software LicensesRequests and information about software licenses centrally managed or procured by ICT.
Helpdesk ManagementRequests for changes within the Helpdesk system.
Identity ManagementRequests for maintaining identity (unique username and password for TUKE systems) after termination of employment/study in justified cases (retirement, contract, etc.), or for termination of identity validity if needed.
Telephony ServicesQuestions and comments regarding billing for telephone services at TUKE.

TUNET – OperationRequests and information concerning the operation, configuration, development, and connection to the PS TUNET and its monitoring.
