Helpdesk and System Support
The helpdesk serves as a central point for logging and processing operational requests from users of all ICT systems at TUKE.
You can submit your request in two ways:
- By sending an email describing your request to the appropriate Helpdesk queue.
- By submitting your request directly at helpdesk.tuke.sk (after logging in with your TUKE credentials).
If you're unsure which queue to use, you can send your request to the general queue of ICT Dispatching. Dispatching staff will assess it and route it to the correct thematic queue.
