IT Dispatching
It serves as the primary point of contact for employees and students at the Technical University of Košice to submit IT-related requests. It also handles the issuance of ID cards for both employees and students, whether for new cards or replacements for lost ones. Requests are processed and assigned to the responsible personnel daily from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
