Network and Operations Services Department
The Network and Operations Services Division is responsible for the implementation, operation, and innovation of the communication infrastructure of the university computer network TUNET, along with related network services and the infrastructure necessary for running IT technologies. Its goal is to ensure the delivery of services such as email, VPN, electronic archiving, Identity Management (IdM), Mobile Device Management (MdM), CCTV systems, and more.
Users of the services can request setup, modification, or cancellation of a service through the ICT Service Desk:
