How to set a recovery email
Log in to the portal at https://identity.tuke.sk/ using your unique TUKE login and password.
Select the "Profile" section.
In the field "Email 2 for password reset", enter a private email address (e.g., your email). Confirm the change by clicking Save. This email can be used later to reset your password. Please ensure that you secure this email account, as anyone with access to it will be able to reset your university password.
Password Reset Using Recovery Email
Go to https://identity.tuke.sk. Instead of logging in, click on “Reset Password.”
Enter your unique login and then the recovery email address you previously set.
You will receive an email with a password reset link.
Click the link to set a new password.
Do not click on any email links you did not request, even if they look legitimate!
These could be phishing attempts. As artificial intelligence advances, such fake emails will only become more convincing — stay alert and protect your credentials.
