Vehicle Access to Public Parking at TUKE

All employees and full-time PhD students are entitled to register their Vehicle registration plate within the TUKE ramp access system.

Access to public parking areas is granted without the need for an approval process, via the centralized Identity Management Portal: https://identity.tuke.sk

Key Rules:

• Each employee may register only one vehicle registration plate.
• The system is intended exclusively for public parking on the TUKE campus.
• If your vehicle was previously registered in the ramp system, your Registration Plate and its access settings were automatically migrated to the portal.
• If you also have access to non-public (restricted) ramps, your Registration Plate is included in the system as well.
• Do not modify your Registration Plate if you already have access to non-public ramps. Removing and re-adding it will restrict your access to public parking only.
• To request access to restricted ramps or paid parking areas, you must submit a formal request. Access will be granted upon approval.

Visit the Identity Management Portal:

Log in using your unique TUKE login and password.

Select the option "Add licence plate".

In the Vehicle Number field (Číslo vozidla), enter your vehicle registration plate in the format AA123BB.
Click Save to confirm.
