What is TUKE Identity and a Unique Login?

Every user at TUKE — meaning employees, students, and guests — is assigned a unique login. This login is used to sign into all systems that are authenticated via TUKE's Central Authentication System (CAS). Among the most commonly used systems are the email system, the student's Academic Information System (MAIS), and others.

Access rights to specific systems are managed within each target system individually.

Because TUKE's identity is managed through the Identity Management System (IDM), its creation, operation, modification, or termination follows the identity life cycle.

Where Can I Get My TUKE Login Credentials?

  • New employees receive their login information in person at the ICT Dispatching, where they must present a valid form of ID for verification.
  • They are also given an initial password, which should be changed as soon as possible using the Password Change Guide.
  • New students receive their login information in the Electronic Application interface, under the “Personal Information” section.
