TUKE Legislation

The Quality Management Office of the TUKE Rectorate prepares the Quality Management System Documentation. The ICT is responsible for publishing and updating the QMS documentation on the intranet site:
https://legislativa.tuke.sk
Access is restricted to TUKE employees only and requires authentication.

The website legislativa.tuke.sk (referred to as Legislation) is implemented using the Plone CMS, which runs on its own ZOPE database installation. The installation is regularly updated and maintained on long-term supported versions.

The Legislation site is used for publishing official documents for TUKE employees, such as:

  • Regulations
  • Forms
  • Orders
  • Guidelines

They are notified via email of updates in documentation, with a direct link to the updated document on the Legislation server.
The site always contains the latest valid versions of documents. Employees are advised not to use printed copies of regulations, as they may quickly become outdated or invalid.
Access is not available to students, doctoral candidates, or inactive employees. For these user groups, relevant documents are published on the public TUKE website as needed.

Accessing the Legislation Site

You can access the QMS documentation here:

https://legislativa.tuke.sk

  • Sign in using your unique university login (top-right corner “Login”, or via the “Employee Section” under the TUKE logo).
  • The left-hand side menu provides navigation by document categories.
  • The right-hand side displays recent changes for quick orientation.
  • Documents are mostly organized in a folder tree structure.

Once you open a document, its title and description are displayed, along with the file name. Clicking it will download the file to your device rather than opening it in the browser.
